General

What is Pulsar GRC?
Pulsar GRC is a cloud SaaS platform for Governance, Risk & Compliance management. It combines audits, CAPA, documents, risks, training, and standards compliance in one place with built-in AI.
Who is Pulsar GRC for?
It is built for organizations of any size that need to manage compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, GDPR, and NIS2, run internal audits, manage risks, and close corrective actions.
Does Pulsar GRC provide the content of standards or licenses?
No. Your organization provides its own source documents and requirements. Pulsar GRC supports requirement mapping, evidence, audits, and CAPA in a continuous model designed to reduce evidence fragmentation.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. We offer a 14-day trial with full access to all features and no credit card requirement.

AI and regional models

How does AI work in Pulsar GRC?
In the EU market Pulsar GRC uses Gemini (EU-Hosted) to generate audit questionnaires, perform root cause analysis, and suggest corrective actions. AI supports the process, but final decisions always remain with a human.
Which AI model is used in the EU market?
In the EU market, AI routing goes to Gemini (EU-Hosted). This is part of the product regional policy and is not a separate option in public checkout.
Which plan includes AI features?
AI features are available in both Professional and Advanced. In both plans the EU market uses Gemini (EU-Hosted), and the difference is usage limits: Professional comes with lower limits and Advanced with higher limits. On-Prem / Private Cloud deployments are priced individually.
Are my data used to train AI?
No. Your data are not used to train AI models. Gemini (EU-Hosted) processes prompts within the product operating flow, and final operational or compliance decisions remain human.

Security

How are my data protected?
We use encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Row-Level Security isolates data between organizations. Regular backups and security monitoring are part of the operating model.
Where are data stored?
Data are stored on EU-based infrastructure. Files are stored in Google Cloud Storage with European-region placement.
