Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Pulsar GRC platform, available at app.pulsar-grc.pl, operated by Brillnet Piotr Adamski, located at ul. Sienkiewicza 73/6, 90-057 Lodz, Poland.
2. Definitions
- Service Provider - Brillnet Piotr Adamski
- User - any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the Platform
- Platform - the Pulsar GRC web application
- Account - a set of resources and permissions assigned to a User
- Subscription - paid access to the Platform
3. Registration and Account
Using the Platform requires creating an Account. Users agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and all activities performed under their Account.
4. Scope of Services
The Pulsar GRC Platform offers the following functionalities:
- Internal and external audit management
- Corrective and preventive actions register (CAPA)
- Document control with versioning
- Compliance management with ISO, GDPR, and other standards
- Risk register with 5x5 matrix
- Training and e-learning module
- TTX (Tabletop Exercises) workshops
- AI Assistant powered by Google Gemini
5. Plans and Payments
The Service Provider offers the following subscription plans:
- Trial - free, 14 days, up to 3 users
- Starter - 199 PLN/month, up to 5 users
- Professional - 399 PLN/month, up to 15 users
- Enterprise - 799 PLN/month, unlimited users
Payments are made in advance for the billing period (monthly or annual). Annual payments receive a 20% discount.
6. AI Features (BYOK)
AI features use the Google Gemini model. Users may use their own API key (BYOK - Bring Your Own Key). In such cases, Gemini API costs are paid directly by the User to Google.
7. Data Protection
Detailed rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy. The Service Provider implements technical and organizational security measures, including Row-Level Security for data isolation between organizations.
8. Liability
The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform operates continuously and without errors. The Service Provider is not liable for:
- Service interruptions caused by force majeure
- Content entered by Users
- Decisions made based on AI-generated results
9. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted to: contact@pulsar-grc.com. The Service Provider will process complaints within 14 business days.
10. Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified of changes 14 days in advance. Polish law applies.
